#1 Sweet Ting Chutney Glazed Chicken Wings
Ingredients Needed:
- 1 pound Chicken Wings
- 1 tbsp Granulated Onion
- 1 tbsp Granulated Garlic

- 8 Ears of Corn

Preparation:
Begin by combining the 1 tbsp of Breadfruit Tree Savory Pepper Sauce, 2 tbsp of water, and 2 tbsp of lime juice in a small mixing bowl. While stirring, add in the 3 tbsp of softened butter or margarine to the mixture. Next, it will be time to mash the small avocado with the 1 pinch of salt. - Small Papaya
- 3 Ears of Corn (kernels removed from husk)

- 1 pinch Salt
- tsp Thyme
- cup Canola Oil
- cup White Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Lemon or Lime Juice
Preparation:
Prior to removing the kernels from the corn husk, you will need to steam each ear in foil over a medium heat grill for twelve to fifteen minutes. In addition to steaming the corn, you will also need to steam the snow peas in foil for ten to twelve minutes. Once steamed cut the corn kernels from the 3 husks, dice up the small papaya, chop up the snow peas, and mix all three ingredients with the 8 ounces of spring salad mix in a medium sized mixing bowl. To create the dressing that you will toss into the mixing bowl, you will need the 1 cup of mango juice, crushed garlic clove, tsp thyme, cup canola oil, cup white vinegar, 2 tbsp of lime juice, and the pinch of salt. Whisk these ingredients together briskly and follow by pouring the mixture directly over the pre-prepared salad.

#5 Galante Asparagus and Shrimp
Ingredients Needed:
- 10 Large Shrimp
- 7 Asparagus Spears
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- Red & Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 pinch Thyme
- 1 pinch Italian Seasoning
- cup Chicken Stock
- 1 tbsp Colombo Curry
- 1 tbsp Sweet Ting Chutney

Preparation:
Start by sauteing the asparagus along with the red and yellow bell pepper until slightly tender. Once the vegetables have reached your desired consistency, it will be time to add the shrimp, 3 garlic cloves, 1 pinch of thyme, 1 pinch italian seasoning, 1 tbsp curry, and cup chicken stock. - 4 Bacon Strips (chopped)
- 4 Ripe Plantains (peeled)
Begin by cutting the 4 ripe plantains into halves, lengthwise. Follow by scooping out each plantain?s inner half. Next, you will brush the centers of these scooped out plantains with oil. Take the scooped out plantain centers and mash them into a pulpy mixture and then place this mixture into a medium mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients into this bowl as well. Stir well. Complete your preparation by filling the center of each plantain with your newly made mixture. Bake your filled plantains for fifteen minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Serve warm.
